Plantation Manor Nursing Home has a Special Care Unit dedicated to residents with a more severe medical diagnoses of Alzheimer’s disease. This unit is a separate part of the building that is designated for residents who require a more secure environment. We have an enclosed garden area where your loved one can walk outside safely. Staff provides personal care and attention to meet the resident’s needs. This unit offers activities during the day and a separate dining area with less stimulation. It offers high nurse-to-patient ratio, and provides private and semi-private room accommodations.
